Picco Ice Cream
Horray! It's time for the first ice cream of the New Year! And the first ice cream of the year had better be good, so after a quick Google search of "best ice cream in Boston," Brett and I headed off to Picco Pizza and Ice Cream for an afternoon treat. Picco is a unique ice cream experience, because it is a restaurant, first and foremost. But you can come for only ice cream and sit at a table, sit at the bar, or take your ice cream to go. It was a too chilly that Sunday afternoon for a stroll with ice cream, so Brett and I sat at a table for our ice cream, instead of getting it to go. Although there were options for floats, shakes, sundaes, and scoops, Brett and I both decided to order "the sampler," which allows you to try 3 flavors for $6.50! This would allow us to try almost half of the flavors available that day. And from looking at Picco's FaceBook page, they rotate flavors, note everyday, but quite frequently!
