I mean, just look at the picture below. This ice cream is described as A collision of chocolate & vanilla ice cream mixed with peanut butter cups, fudge-covered toffee pieces, white chocolatey chunks and fudge-covered almonds. The chocolate/vanilla combo is great (gotta love the swirl). I think a totally chocolate base would make this ice cream too overwhelming, but a totally vanilla base would be overwhelmed by all the mix-ins.
