Happy 2nd Blogversary to us!

I can't believe we've only been blogging for two years.  It feels like it's been much longer in the best way possible.  We've eaten so much wonderful ice cream, tried so many delicious new brands, and enjoyed every second of it!  Last year we listed our top 10 most-viewed posts, but this year we decided to list the top-viewed post of each month since last April.  Our older posts have way more views than our new posts, so if we did a strict top 10, it would heavily favor older posts which is no fun!

So, here we go!

April 2015: Haagen-Dazs Artisan Collection Chocolate Caramelized Oat by Madeline:

Interestingly, this was not my favorite of the Artisan Collection flavors, but I think I'm in the minority here; lot's of people seemed to like it!

May 2015: Ben and Jerry's Target Exclusive Brewed to Matter by Madeline

There were some renamed Target exclusive flavors and some completely new Target exclusive flavors.  I can't remember which category this falls into.  It's a pretty good flavor, but the brownie batter could have been thicker!  People liked it so much that both posts about it made it to the top in their respective months.

June 2015: Ben and Jerry's Target Exclusive Brewed to Matter by Lizzy

I'm a bit surprised this flavor had so many views. It was honestly a let down. But I guess people are always intrigued by new flavors, especially exclusive flavors, since Ben & Jerry's doesn't post about them on their website!

July 2015: Haagen-Dazs Vanilla vs. Vanilla Bean by Madeline

This might be our most viewed post of all time.  I guess people really want to know the difference between HD Vanilla and Vanilla Bean!

August 2015: Haagen-Dazs Artisan Collection Ginger Molasses Cookie by Lizzy

It seems like the Artisan Collection flavors from Haagen-Dazs really got people's attention. Hopefully in a good way, because I really enjoyed this flavor!

September 2015: Gelato Petrini Cinnamon Espresso Chip by Madeline

Gelato Petrini is a lovely, lovely brand that I highly recommend you pick up if you see it.  Unfortunately, Tim and Tom's Speedy Market only carried this for a short time, so I only got to try a few flavors.

October 2015: Steve's Speculoos Cookie Butter Dairy Free Ice Cream by Lizzy

Steve's knows how to give the people what they want. The people want good dairy free ice cream, and Steve's delivers. Its great more brands, like Ben & Jerry's are joining the dairy free bandwagon, but glad to see this one got a lot of views. This flavor is amazing and deserves the attention!

November 2015: Trader Joe's Peppermint Joe Joe's by Madeline

Peppermint Joe Joe's are the bomb dot com, but I thought this ice cream could have been better.  People love Trader Joe's, though, so I'm not surprised this post made it to the top in November.

December 2015: Ben and Jerry's Factor Tour by Lizzy

This was a such a fun experience, and I definitely need to go back when they are actually making ice cream. I also had a blast sharing this experience with you all via the blogosphere, and I'm glad you, our Dearest Readers, enjoyed reading about it!

January 2016: New Orleans Ice Cream Co. White Chocolate Bread Pudding by Madeline and Lizzy (but mostly Lizzy)

I just finished another pint of this tonight from the shipment of ice cream NOLA sent me earlier this spring. It is honestly better the second time around than it was the first! There was way more bourbon sauce!!

February 2016: Bridgeman's Raspberry Fudge Torte by Madeline

Bridgeman's is a great mid-price Minnesota brand.  I'll definitely have to pick up more flavors this year!

March 2016: Conny's Creamy Cone by Madeline and Lizzy

This post got a ton of views in a very short time.  I think Minnesotans are really ready for summer (it's April 8 and snowed today) so they're all reading about ice cream.

April 2016: Haagen-Dazs Destination Series Toasted Sesame Brittle by Madeline

This was the first flavor from Haagen-Dazs' new Destination Series and it was a doozy.  I'll have to pick up another pint before these go away! I'm excited to try the rest of the flavors.

Thanks for joining us on this wild and crazy journey, and we hope we've inspired you to crack open a pint!
