Ben and Jerry's Chocolate Therapy

Sometimes you just need to stay in on a Friday night with only yourself, Netflix, and a pint of ice cream.  Sometimes your boyfriend breaks up with you (or you with him, that asshole!) and you need to watch chick flicks, eat ice cream, and cry with your best friend.  In times like these, the chocolatier the ice cream the better.  This is where Ben & Jerry's Chocolate Therapy comes in.  Described as

Chocolate ice cream with chocolate cookies and swirls of chocolate pudding ice cream.

This ice cream is there for you no matter what.  A helping hand.  A shoulder to cry on.  It will help you move, it will help you forget you failed that math test.  When you need a friend, look no further than Chocolate Therapy.  It's ok.  We've all done it.  Just let it out and have a good cry over a pint of ice cream.

I had this ice cream this weekend, and it was just what I needed to temporarily forget my bottomless woe that summer is coming to and end and school is starting.  I don't want to take classes.  I don't want to teach classes.  I want to dance and read and lie on a beach forever.  Please.

Anyhoo, this ice cream is fucking fantastic.  Ben and Jerry's got right down to business and shoved as much chocolate as they possibly could into a pint of ice cream.  I love Ben and Jerry's chocolate base, and it was made even richer by the chocolate pudding ice cream swirl.  I couldn't necessarily discern by sight or taste where the swirl was, but I could tell it was there because this ice cream did taste more chocolatey than a normal chocolate base.   The chocolate cookie mix-ins were abundant and large.  The cookie chunks were perfectly chewy, forcing you to slow down a bit and forcing you to draw out your enjoyment of the pint.  Definitely not a bad thing.
